The Tucson Rodeo also known as the La Fiesta de los Vaqueros starts off with the Tucson Rodeo Parade each year.

2008 is the Parades 83rd year. The Tucson Rodeo Parade is now the largest non-motorized parade in the country. It started in 1925 and has been a Tucson tradition ever since.

Here are some pictures from the 2008 Rodeo Parade.

The parade route begins at Park Ave. and Ajo Way then proceeds south on Park to Irvington Road then heads west on Irvington Road to the Tucson Rodeo Grounds at S. 6th Ave. The whole route is one and one-half mile long
